Dental professionals we place
Dental practices need more than dentists. Our dental recruiters support clinical, administrative, and practice leadership hiring.
General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and other dental specialists. If you're filling a specialty chair, our recruiters focus on candidates with documented specialty experience - not general dentistry backgrounds being repurposed.
Registered Dental Hygienists with experience across private practices, group practices, DSOs, and community dental settings.
Dental Assistants, Certified Dental Assistants (CDA), Registered Dental Assistants, Expanded Function Dental Assistants, and specialty-trained assistants for pediatric, orthodontic, and oral surgery practices.
Treatment Coordinators, Patient Coordinators, Dental Receptionists, Front Office Staff, and Dental Insurance Coordinators.
Dental Office Managers, Practice Managers, Practice Administrators, and Operations Managers.
Dental Billing Specialists, Dental Insurance Specialists, and Revenue Cycle professionals supporting single-location and multi-location dental organizations.
We don't post. We reach out.
Think of it less like a staffing agency, more like a dental headhunter - we go find the people, we don't wait for them to apply.
What dental practices are up against right now
The ADA Health Policy Institute's Q1 2026 data shows just how tough the market is: 91% of dentists hiring dental hygienists said finding one was very or extremely challenging. And only 60% of dentists say they currently have enough hygienists on staff.
One practice cited by the ADA posted the same job for nine months, got thousands of views, and received one response from someone with no dental training. The problem isn't that practices aren't trying. Most dental recruitment agencies draw from the same active candidate pool - job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn. We don't.
And having the right license doesn't automatically make someone a good hire. A hygienist who's great in a quiet private practice may not enjoy a high-volume DSO. A dental assistant with years of general dentistry experience may not be the right person for oral surgery. There's also no multistate dental compact, so hiring from outside your state can mean another 30 to 90 days for licensing before someone can start. Most practices don't build that into the hiring timeline.
We don't just search a resume database and send you whoever looks close. First, we learn how your practice actually runs. Then we look for people who have the right experience and would actually fit the way you work. Our recruiters reach out directly to employed hygienists, associates, assistants, and office managers who aren't applying anywhere but might be open to the right move. So instead of getting a list of people who happen to be available, you get a shortlist of people who actually make sense for your practice.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Our dental hygienist recruiter focuses on passive candidates, and that's a big part of what they do. Most of the hygienists we place were already working when we reached out to them. They weren't searching, weren't on job boards, and probably wouldn't have seen your posting. We find them through direct recruiter outreach.
Most dental hygienist searches result in a first shortlist within 72 to 96 business hours. The time to an accepted offer depends on the market, compensation, and how quickly the practice moves once there's a candidate they want. In competitive markets, moving quickly matters because good hygienists are often talking to more than one practice.
We work on contingency, so you only pay if you hire someone. The fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year compensation, and we agree on that before the search starts. There are no charges for candidates who don't get hired.
There are fewer experienced assistants available than many practices expect. DSOs are hiring dental assistants at a scale that independent practices often can't match, and DANB CDA certification can make an experienced assistant even harder to find.
ADA HPI data shows that 37% of practices reduced patient appointment availability because of staffing shortages. We look for assistants who are already employed and experienced, then reach out to them directly. That's what separates a dental assistant staffing agency focused on passive sourcing from one that just posts and waits.
Yes, we do. We recruit general dentists, associate dentists, and specialists including orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and pediatric dentists.
We also place hygienists, dental assistants, and dental office managers. Specialist searches can take longer because the candidate pool is smaller and licensing and compensation can be more involved.
Temp and per diem platforms are built around filling shifts. We focus on permanent and contract hires. If you need someone to cover tomorrow's schedule, a shift-fill platform can make sense. If you're looking for a hygienist you want to keep for the next few years, that's a different search and a different type of candidate.
Absolutely. We source nationally. Since there is no multistate dental compact, dentists and hygienists need a license for the state where they'll practice. An out-of-state candidate therefore needs to apply for licensure before starting.
We account for that when setting expectations and, when possible, prioritize candidates who already have the required state license or are already working through the licensing process.
Both. We work with independent practices, group practices, specialty offices, FQHCs, and DSO-affiliated locations. The basic approach stays the same, but who we're looking for changes depending on the practice, its pace, patient population, and culture.
At a minimum, we check the active state dental board license, DANB CDA certification for assistant roles where applicable, state radiography authorization, and CPR/BLS.
We also conduct a structured recruiter interview. For associate dentists and specialists, we additionally verify DEA registration and relevant specialty training or board certifications.
A lot of dental staffing platforms either match resumes or focus on filling shifts. We don't simply post your role and wait for applications. Our recruiters look for employed dental professionals who fit your practice, then reach out to them directly.
Before someone reaches your team, we've already looked at their credentials, clinical background, compensation expectations, and why they're considering a move. The goal isn't to give you more resumes. It's to give you fewer, better ones.
