NetSuite roles we recruit for

  • NetSuite Admin

Keeps a live system running: user access, saved searches, workflows, day-to-day config. A different hire from an implementation consultant, and it gets its own search here.

  • NetSuite Integration Consultant

SuiteTalk REST, RESTlets, and middleware builds connecting NetSuite to Salesforce, Shopify, 3PL systems, payroll, whatever's in your stack. One timing note if you're hiring in 2026: 2025.2 is the last planned SOAP endpoint, no new SOAP integrations can be built from 2027.1, and SOAP goes away entirely in the 2028.2 release.

  • SuiteScript Developer

Custom scripts, automation, and development in SuiteScript 2.x. Worth knowing: 1.0 stopped getting new features years ago, but plenty of live environments still run it. We check which version a developer has actually shipped production code in, and whether they can maintain a 1.0 environment while building new in 2.x.

  • NetSuite WMS / Supply Chain Consultant

Warehouse management, inventory, and order management configuration for distributors and manufacturers. Advanced WMS is not something someone picks up from documentation.

  • NetSuite Finance Consultant

Core financials: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets. For SaaS companies and PE-backed businesses with subscription revenue, Advanced Revenue Management experience is increasingly its own filter on top of general finance knowledge. ASC 606 and IFRS 15 work is a different search from standard financials.

  • NetSuite Functional / Implementation Consultant

Requirements gathering, module setup, testing, training, go-live support. The most requested profile in NetSuite, and the most commonly scoped too broadly.

  • SuiteCommerce Developer

Frontend development on NetSuite's native e-commerce platform. This is a web development specialty sitting on top of NetSuite, not an ERP functional role, and we scope it that way.

  • NetSuite Solution Architect / Project Leadership

Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Program Managers for full implementations, multi-module expansions, and integration programs.

The hiring problems we normally hear

"Our admin just quit and they're the only one who knows the system."

One person built the saved searches, owns the integrations, knows why the workflows work. When they leave, all of that leaves with them. These are emergency searches where speed matters more than finding the perfect fit. Our network includes admins and consultants who can step into a live environment fast, learn your setup as they go, and document it this time.

"We found a few profiles on LinkedIn."

Careful with that. LinkedIn NetSuite searches skew hard toward admins, people between roles, actively looking. The implementation consultants and SuiteScript developers worth hiring are usually mid-project at an Alliance Partner or sitting inside a portfolio company. They aren't updating profiles or answering InMails. That's exactly the crowd our network reaches.

"We posted the role and got buried."

NetSuite postings attract volume, especially offshore and out-of-scope applicants. Your team ends up sifting through 300 resumes to find two who match the module, version, and geography and the actual hire keeps slipping. We pre-vet for module match and location, so you're reviewing ten right profiles instead of hundreds.

"Our NetSuite instance is kind of a mess."

Years of SuiteScript nobody documented, customizations stacked on customizations, integrations held together with hope. Candidates tour the environment during interviews and quietly get nervous. This is more common than you'd think, and it's fixable. We scope the role honestly, cleanup and stabilization first, then ownership, and find people who've untangled an environment like yours before.

We don't start with a job board

NetSuite's talent market is genuinely scattered. Experienced NetSuite people sit inside partner firms, VARs, and in-house teams at mid-market companies, from big Alliance Partners like BDO Digital and RSM down to hundreds of regional Solution Providers and boutique shops. Before any name reaches you, we check:

  • Which role, actually

Admin, implementation consultant, integration consultant, or developer. Settled before the search starts, never assumed from a "NetSuite experience" job title.

  • SuiteScript 1.0 or 2.x

We confirm which version a developer has actually shipped production code in, because they aren't interchangeable on a customization or upgrade project.

  • Which modules they owned

GL, AP, and AR is one search. Revenue mgmt, WMS and SuiteCommerce are different ones. We find out what someone's owned end-to-end in a live environment.

  • Go-live or keep it running

Implementation experience and steady-state admin are different backgrounds. We match the person to the phase your role is actually in.

  • Industry fit

Wholesale distribution, SaaS, e-commerce, professional services and manufacturing all use NetSuite differently. A consultant who's spent a career in one vertical may not be ready for a complex environment in another.

  • Contract, direct hire or in between

Scoped before the search starts, based on what the role really is. The point was never a big pool of resumes. It's a shortlist where every name belongs there.

Frequently asked questions

Someone who's taken NetSuite live before, ideally in your industry and at a company your size. First-time go-lives live or die on that experience.

If the project involves SuiteScript customizations or third-party integrations, those are separate hires from different pools, and they need to land before the phases that depend on them. PE timelines are compressed by definition, so tell us your go-live date at intake. We'll sequence the searches backwards from it.

An admin runs a live system: user access, saved searches, basic workflows, day-to-day config. An implementation consultant gets you to go-live: module setup, requirements, testing, training, cutover.

They aren't interchangeable. An admin who's never run an implementation will struggle at go live, and a career implementer will get restless in a long-term admin seat. We figure out which one your role actually is before the search starts, because this mix-up is how searches go sideways before they even begin.

Yes, and plenty of our NetSuite recruitment searches are exactly that.

A lot of companies have NetSuite in production and need someone to own it, not stand it up: an admin, a developer, a business systems analyst, a technical lead. The profile is different from an implementation hire. If you need someone to maintain existing SuiteScript, untangle workflows, or run a multi-subsidiary environment, that's its own search, and we treat it that way.

Yes, and these are two of the most mis-scoped searches in NetSuite.

WMS and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) aren't things a general functional consultant picks up from a handbook. WMS searches need real go-live experience in warehouse and order management environments. ARM comes up mostly at SaaS companies, subscription businesses, and PE-backed professional services firms dealing with ASC 606 or IFRS 15. We run both as separate searches, not add-ons to a finance req.

Our NetSuite staffing services cover all three: contract, direct hire, contract-to-hire.

• Contract works for implementations, integrations, module expansions, and capacity gaps, with the consultant on our payroll for the duration.

• Direct hire fits long-term system ownership, internal admin roles, and permanent team builds.

• Contract-to-hire gives you a look before you commit. And when the timeline is compressed, like most PE go-lives, contract is usually the fastest path regardless of what the org chart says long term.
