Oracle roles we recruit for, from functional to technical

  • Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite)

R12 and 12.2 consultants across Financials, SCM, HRMS, Order Management, and Manufacturing. EBS 12.2 is supported through December 2037, so companies that chose extension over migration still need people for operations, upgrades, and backfill.

  • Oracle Cloud HCM

Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting consultants for Oracle HCM Cloud. Heads up on this one: the HCM pool overlaps with Workday and SuccessFactors, so your search is competing with every HCM platform at once. We scope by which systems someone has actually worked on, not just "HCM experience."

  • Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials

GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses. This is the busiest Oracle hiring pool right now. EBS migrations and net-new Cloud deployments are chasing the same Fusion Financials consultants, so these searches start fast and fill slower than you'd hope.

  • Oracle Cloud SCM

Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Thinner pool than Financials. Here we look past the module and ask whether someone's actually worked in a supply chain like yours, whether that's distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL.

  • Oracle Cloud PPM

Project accounting, resource management, and billing on Oracle Cloud PPM. Genuinely scarce. Most companies learn that when they're already staffing it. We set the timeline with you upfront.

  • Oracle EPM / Hyperion

Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS and PCMCS specialists. Treat this as its own search. The EPM pool lives inside Finance and FP&A teams, not ERP delivery, so scope it as an ERP req and you'll get the wrong people every time.

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

OIC specialists connect Fusion to EBS, third-party payroll, HR systems, and whatever else is in your stack. Keep it on its own req, and if you're mid-migration, look for coexistence experience, because EBS and Fusion will be running side by side for a while.

  • Oracle JD Edwards (JDE)

EnterpriseOne and World consultants for companies staying on JDE for the foreseeable future. Completely separate pool. Fusion people don't know JDE and JDE people don't know Fusion. Two different searches, full stop.

  • Oracle PeopleSoft

HRMS, Financials, and Campus Solutions consultants, mostly for universities, government, and enterprises still running PeopleSoft. Usually support, upgrade, and backfill searches. Its own pool again.

  • Oracle Technical Roles

PL/SQL, APEX, Forms modernization, BI Publisher, and ODI specialists across all Oracle product lines.

  • Oracle Solution Architects & Program Leadership

Solution Architects, Program Managers, Project Managers, and Change Management Leads for Cloud implementations, EBS-to-Fusion migrations, and SI delivery teams.

What we keep hearing from hiring teams

"The recruiters we've worked with don't know Oracle."

Yes, we've heard this one a lot. Fusion and EBS get treated like the same thing, HCM and Financials get swapped around, and before you know it you're interviewing a JDE consultant for a Fusion SCM role. We’ve been doing Oracle ERP staffing for over a decade. We figure out the product line before the search even starts, so nobody's guessing.

"Our last consultant left mid-implementation."

Usually that's a scoping miss, not a bad hire. Someone gets brought in for steady-state work and ends up dropped into a migration, or their contract runs out two weeks before go-live because nobody mapped it to the project timeline. Our Oracle recruiters match the person to the phase you're actually in, and the consultant sees the end date before they sign, not after.

"Our SI can staff it, but we choked on the rate card."

Big SI staff aug comes with a big SI markup, often for the same people. We place consultants with those same delivery backgrounds, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, Capgemini, without the massive SI price tag. Contract, direct hire, or contract-to-hire.

“We keep getting Oracle people who look perfect on paper but turn out not to be.”

Oracle experience by itself doesn't say much. A Fusion Financials person who's only worked in manufacturing probably isn't right for a healthcare project, and someone deep in EBS won't suddenly know Fusion SCM. We check the actual product, module, industry, and project work so you don't burn interview time finding out they don't fit.

Job boards don’t always reach the best Oracle talent

Oracle ERP staffing starts with knowing which product line you're actually hiring for. The most experienced Fusion and EBS consultants are mid-project at Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Capgemini or Infosys’s Oracle practices. Reaching them takes relationships that existed before your vacancy did. So before any name reaches you, we check:

  • Which product, actually

JDE, Fusion, EBS, or PeopleSoft. Confirmed, never assumed from a job title.

  • What they owned

Which modules, which configuration scope, which go-lives were actually theirs.

  • Migration or steady state

These are two different profiles, and neither qualifies a candidate for the other's search.

  • Certifications vs. go-lives

Oracle certs are open to anyone. What matters is whether they've taken a module live, on which product, and how complex it was.

  • SI firm or end-user background

Deloitte consultants move fast and configure lean. End-user hires know the business cold. We figure out which one your role needs first.

  • What they actually built in OIC

Which systems they connected, and whether they've handled EBS and Fusion running side by side.

  • Contract, direct hire, or in between

Scoped before the search starts, not after.

The point was never more resumes. It's a shortlist where every name belongs there.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, and if you're mid-migration this is usually the profile you actually need.

Someone who ran EBS R12 Financials and then executed the move to Fusion knows what the source system looks like, where the data doesn't translate cleanly, and where business processes map and where they don't.

In a coexistence environment, where both systems run during a phased migration, that experience is the difference between someone who's done it and someone learning on your dime. When migration is involved, we flag this profile specifically instead of lumping it in with standard Fusion experience.

An Oracle ERP staffing agency finds and places people who know Oracle ERP: functional consultants, technical developers, integration specialists, and project leads. Our Oracle staffing services cover the full product ecosystem.

The tricky part is that Oracle ERP covers a lot of ground. Fusion Cloud, EBS, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft are different worlds, each with its own modules. And a good search has to account for whether you need migration experience, steady state support or both. That's the layer general IT staffing usually misses.

Oracle Fusion staffing adoption has accelerated, but the pool of consultants who genuinely know it is still small. The scarcest profile is EBS people with Fusion migration experience, and most of them are already mid-project at SI firms.

On top of that, EBS extension customers still need operational support, so the same thin group of experienced EBS consultants is being pulled in two directions.

Four of them, consistently.

Oracle Cloud PPM keeps getting scoped as a project manager search when it's actually a functional configuration role with a small pool.

OIC specialists get searched for late, once integration complexity surfaces mid-project, and the pool with real production experience is thin.

EPM and Hyperion consultants (Planning, Essbase, FCCS) come out of Finance and FP&A, not implementation teams, so most ERP recruiters don't know where to look.

And EBS-to-Fusion dual-skill consultants are wanted by every company currently migrating, so they're competitive regardless of timing.

For any of these four, we set a realistic timeline before the search starts.

Absolutely.

Functional consultants by module, OIC integration developers, APEX and PL/SQL technical resources, a data migration specialist, a project manager and a change management lead if needed. We can also sequence searches to match your project phases so people arrive when you need them.

Something most people don't realize: Oracle certifications work differently than Workday's. Anyone can buy Oracle University courses and sit the exam. No employer enrollment needed.

So a certification proves someone studied, not that they've taken a module live at real scale. That's what we screen for. Nice signal, not a requirement.

Yes, both sides.

End-user organizations running Oracle internally and implementation partners from big SIs to boutique practices that need consultants for client delivery. The profiles differ a lot between the two, so we shape the search around the actual environment.
