What hiring an RN through us looks like
Most staffing engagements begin with a job order. Ours begin with a 20-minute conversation that shapes the entire search and helps us find candidates who are actually worth your time.
Find the right RN recruiter for your specialty
Critical care RN placement for Level I and Level II trauma centers, cardiac ICUs, surgical ICUs, and academic medical centers. Sub-specialty unit matching and CCRN verification included.
Charge RN and shift supervisor placement for acute care units across med-surg, telemetry, ICU, ED, and Labor and Delivery. Leadership history and unit-specific depth verified, not just clinical credentials.
DON and CNO placement for skilled nursing facilities, health systems, and post-acute organizations. Regulatory history, survey experience, and CMS compliance competency confirmed before introduction.
Certified school nurse placement for K-12 districts, charter schools, and private schools. State DOE credentials, NCSN designation, and IEP experience verified before any candidate is introduced.
Permanent and contract RN placement for hospitals and health systems reducing travel agency dependency. No travel division - no financial incentive to recommend contract over permanent.
FNP, PMHNP, ACNP, and specialty NP placement for primary care, behavioral health, hospital medicine, and specialty practices. Practice authority and DEA registration confirmed by state before introduction. Hiring for Med-Surg, Telemetry, Float Pool, ED, OR, L&D, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Home Health, or SNF? Those roles are placed through this same team. Tell us your specialty.

Frequently asked questions
Finding an RN isn't usually the hard part. Finding one who's licensed for your state, has the right clinical background, and meets your facility's hiring requirements is.
If you're recruiting across state lines, Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) rules can add another layer of complexity. Not every state participates, so we verify license eligibility before introducing candidates, not after an offer has been made.
Education requirements can also narrow the candidate pool. Hospitals with ANCC Magnet designation, or those working toward it, often prefer or require BSN-prepared nurses for many staff positions. We factor those requirements into the search from the beginning.
Finally, certifications have to match the role. A CCRN from a medical ICU isn't automatically the right fit for a cardiac ICU, and a CEN doesn't qualify a nurse for an operating room position. We look beyond the letters after a candidate's name to make sure their experience matches the clinical needs of your unit.
Most healthcare employers compare RN staffing agencies based on speed and price. Those matter, but they don't tell you much about the quality of the search.
Better questions to ask are: Does the agency recruit employed nurses or only active job seekers? Do their recruiters specialize in nursing, or do they recruit for every role? Do they verify compact state licensure and specialty certifications before introducing candidates, or only after you've spent time interviewing them? A recruiter who specializes in registered nurse recruiting and can answer those questions clearly is usually worth more than one who leads with pricing.
Yes. Magnet designation through ANCC requires health systems to demonstrate progress toward a BSN-prepared nursing workforce.
For Magnet hospitals, we prioritize BSN-prepared candidates from the start and verify education credentials before making an introduction, not later during reference checks. We also understand that Magnet facilities often have longer internal approval processes, so we plan for that from the beginning to help avoid delays when it's time to make an offer.
